MAKE & TAKE

Wednesday afternoon, we are offering free space for Make and Take Stations. Patches and individuals can apply.

Send a photo of the project to suzi.gourds@gmail.com. All supplies must be provided and students can be charged $10; approximate time should be an hour. Fees go to the instructor/patch.

Students can pick and choose projects they want to do or techniques they want to learn as they visit the various stations.

This is a great opportunity to teach a short project/technique, to share your skills, or for a beginning teacher to practice teaching skills.

The Make and Takes afternoon takes us back to the roots of the Gourd Gathering at Cherokee…the generous sharing of knowledge. We hope many will participate as instructors and students.

There is also a new opportunity for teaching “Make and Takes”.  A person can buy a vendor space for $75.00 and offer make and takes from Thursday through Sunday. The Gourd Gathering will provide two tables and six chairs.

If you are interested in doing multiple make and takes for the week please fill out the vendor form and leave a comment that you are planning to do make and takes for the week.
