Vendor's Information

Hello fellow gourd enthusiasts!

Attached you will find the 2025 Vendor Application for our fabulous event being held May 28- June 1, 2025 in Waynesville, NC.  The mountain areas of North Carolina are still recovering from Hurricane Helene, but Waynesville is up and running with no real issues so it should be another fabulous year for us.  Please note that I-40 from TN to NC is not projected to not re-open until September 2025 but there are several alternate routes to get there.

I would also like to invite you to consider teaching or telling your friends to teach at the Gathering as we do still have several slots open.  Without the instructors and students, there will not be enough funds to pay for this event, so dust off your teaching skills and bring a fabulous class to the event!
