Once dry, a gourd charm will be added, which will have movement for added interest. The back and sides of the pendant will be finished and a necklace provided for the pendant to hang from.

Triangle Gourd Patch
Participants will receive a potato gourd that has been opened at the bottom and cleaned, a collar made of gourd or bamboo, and a battery operated tea light. At the station you will transfer a design of your choice from a selection of simple patterns onto your potato gourd, trace over the design with sharpie marker, drill holes along the lines, attach the potato gourd to the collar, and use colored pencils to color to your design.

I will instruct you the steps to burnish Holographic glitter onto a egg gourd and seal it. You will make one ornament and I will have many colors to choose from. This technique can also be incorporated onto a gourd.
